No Return & No Exchange:
No return or exchange for size issues, color variation, or change of mind.

Defective Product Exchange:
Exchange is available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package and product is mandatory for all claims. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Product Care:
Mul Cotton, Cotton, and Mul Chanderi garments are recommended for Dry Clean Only.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.

Prepaid Orders Only:
We accept prepaid orders only. COD is not available.

Shipping:
Shipping charges are included in the product price.

Gujarat & Mumbai: 4–5 Business Days
All Other Cities: 8–9 Business Days
