Refund policy

Pramukh Cotton offers a 48-hour return window, meaning you have 48 hours from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged or defective, or
  • The wrong item was delivered

Important

  • A proper parcel-unboxing video is mandatory for any claim involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Claims submitted without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Once a return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the original item and, once the return is approved, placing a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
