Yes, within 48 hours of receiving your item. Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged/defective or if the wrong item was delivered. The item must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
Do I need proof for a damaged or wrong item claim?
Yes — a proper parcel-unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim. Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
